
Course Description
This course is designed to help participants develop their teaching skills through a structured approach focused on lesson observation, planning, teaching, and professional reflection. It aims to equip trainees with the tools to assess and enhance their teaching practices, specifically targeting "behaviour for learning," and other key components essential for effective teaching.
Each week, trainees will focus on specific topics such as behaviour management, lesson planning, and student motivation, with a view to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Through observation, self-reflection, and mentor feedback, trainees will evaluate their development, identify areas for improvement, and set professional development goals to support their growth as educators.
