In this module, participants will embark on a journey to explore the multifaceted nature of leadership, delving into its various
definitions and examining how leadership manifests within the unique context of MISK schools. They will analyse the roles
and responsibilities of school leaders at all levels, from Vice Principals to Director Generals, gaining a comprehensive
understanding of leadership's impact on the educational landscape.
