Use this session to reflect on your progress, share your thinking about your chosen areas of leadership practice, and explore how your understanding of successful leadership has developed throughout Module 1.

• How your understanding of successful leadership has evolved throughout this module

• Any challenges or questions you have about your Capstone Project and leadership development plan
