Vice Principals Track

The ELI Vice Principals Learning Path is a two-year professional development programme designed to equip aspiring and practising Vice Principals in Saudi Arabia with the leadership knowledge, skills and confidence to drive meaningful change in their schools.

In Year 1, you will join a full-time study programme at the Education Leaders Institute. Semester 1 builds a strong foundation in school leadership, grounded in the Misk ethos and the core skills every effective leader needs. Semester 2 deepens your development through a specialised pathway tailored specifically to the Vice Principal role, blending guided, reflective and collaborative learning.

In Year 2, you step into an active leadership role in your own school, supported by an experienced mentor. You will develop advanced capabilities across curriculum leadership, teaching and learning, staff development and school improvement, applying what you have learned to create real and measurable impact in your school community.
