This module shifts the focus toward consolidation and growth - taking what you know and applying it with greater intention and independence in your own setting.
In Year 2, your development continues in school, where your day-to-day practice is your primary learning environment. Group training sessions in Semester 3 give you the opportunity to revisit key themes from your first year, this time through the lens of your own experience. Alongside this, you will work closely with your mentor to identify and address specific areas for development that are relevant to you and your context.
